Given Morocco's pending victory, only one of these two teams would make it. Belgium began this World Cup as a poor team with low morale and much infighting. The rumor is that star Kevin de Bruyne was heard saying that this team's best chance to win a World Cup was in 2018. And that's only scratching the surface. Croatia couldn't find a goal in this anemic match, and neither could Belgium. Morocco would finish atop Group F and Croatia would finish second to move on. Unbelievably, the 2nd ranked team in the world is going home early.
