Since all teams start even at 0, the first table will rank the clubs according to their finish last season. Teams ranked 1st through 15th played in the Ekstraklasa for the 2025-2026 season. Teams ranked 16th through 18th are the newly promoted sides from the I Liga ranked in order of Champion and Runner-up who both receive automatic promotion, and lastly the team that won the Promotion Playoff last year.
League Table
There are other competitions that occur in the middle of the season. International Competitions such as the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and the UEFA Conference League see clubs from all across Europe's leagues play for bragging rights. Domestically, there is also the Puchar Polski. These tournaments all have matches scheduled in the middle of the week in between the weekend's Ekstraklasa matches. These competitions don't count towards the Ekstraklasa, but having a midweek match means there will be more squad rotation to keep players fresh, impacting how well the starting 11 will be. This section will provide information for who is playing more than 1 match a given week, and includes matches played before the Round begins play, and after as well. Keep this information in mind when making your picks.
Finally, the schedule for the Round will appear below. This provides the days the matches are played, and the rankings of the teams involved. You will make your picks based on this schedule. If a match is postponed due to inclement weather, or the scheduling of another competition in the middle of the week, your pick will carry over to the date that the match is rescheduled for. Please keep in mind that you may not pick the same team two weeks in a row.

Entering Picks
Check your emails as everyone should have received an invitation to a Google Sheets. It will look like the image below. Your job for each round will be to enter your teams for the week. Scoring will be updated upon completion of matches. You can always check here to see how you are doing. Final scores will be posted at the completion of a match round on this blog. Your status as editor will be removed once a match round begins. You will still be able to view your scoring, and regain editing status once the next match window is open. We don't believe anyone will cheat, but it's always best to take precautions.
