Albania made a valiant debut at the European Championships losing 0-1 to Switzerland. Fabian Schar became the quickest goal scorer at a European Championship with a header in the 5th minute. Even after going down to 10 men when Albania's captain earned a second yellow card in the 37th minute, Lorik Cana's dismissal did little to stimulate Switzerland to scoring a second goal. At times Albania looked good to equalize. In the end, Switzerland were good enough to grab the 3 points.

Yellow cards have been awarded to the above contestants for not having their picks and entry fees in by the June 4th deadline. Quaesitor was also the first competitor to see his matched team try and gain him extra points. With the loss, Albania failed him. They'll have two more chances to boost his score in the weeks to come. With two more games left today, it'll be a busy day as the standings will change a lot.
